I must admit I’m not the biggest fan of Alex Clare’s music. I know he is a talented singer and songwriter but I don’t see the appeal until I listen to his hit “Too Close.” The song manages to endow dubstep beats with mainstream appeal. Its lyrics focus on a guy who realizes his romance and makes a clean break. “Too Close” is a fine choice for younger kids who like electronic music. "Hummingbird" is Alex's latest single.
