“Baby” singer Justin Bieber once again disappointed thousands of his fans as he just canceled his upcoming concert in Muscat, Oman on May 6, 2013. However, the Beliebers are able to fully refund their tickets or attend a nearby, newly-added concert in Dubai. This is the latest hiccup on Justin Bieber's “Believe” world tour, which included an onstage health scare during one of his U.K. shows. Previously, the 19-year-old pop sensation also cancelled one concert in Portugal and arrived late to a London performance.
